Free BEGINNER Yoga Class!

In yet again another effort to promote Wellness within our community, Kenosha Chiropractic Group is pleased to offer our community a special opportunity to develop a healthy habit… FREE YOGA CLASSES. 

 

This is your opportunity to…

  • ·         Improve your posture and flexibility
  • ·         Alleviate daily stiffness and soreness
  • ·         Meet new people
  • ·         All while trying something new in a comfortable, empowering environment

Classes will be offered on Wednesday mornings at 6:30am and Saturday mornings at 7am.  Classes will last between 30 and 45 minutes each.    Classes will begin Wednesday September 25th and continue at no charge through the end of October. 

Mrs. Kimberly Gwynne will offer her services as our instructor.  Kimberly creates an environment that meets the needs of all beginner skill levels and fitness levels with a special focus on safety.

Space is limited in our wellness Studio, therefore only 8 students will be allowed in each class.  It is vital that you let us know your intention in attending so that we do not overbook.  Simply respond to this email with the day you are interested in and you will be added to our contact list.  You can contact us at drjeff@kenoshachiropracticgroup.com

For those of you who have interests in other types of fitness, one of the below choices may be a better fit for you!

High Impact Strength Training Class

Dr. Malone will again be offering his high intensity strength training class on Thursdays at 5:30pm. These classes are also limited in space so it is a good idea to reserve your space early. This class offers a high intensity workout for those who want a deep sweat and quick results.  Don’t be afraid, just show up and get strong.  The price for each class is $10 or you may purchase a package of 4 classes at a time for the discounted rate of $32.  This has been a very popular class in the past and will fill up quickly.

Low Impact Flexibility and Balance

This class will be offered in 4 week intervals starting Saturday September 28th.  Class time will be Saturdays at 11am.  During this class we will focus on simple daily spinal hygiene including balance exercises, simple movement and strength exercises and flexibility.  It is catered to the person who wishes to develop a daily routine for general fitness and flexibility.   Refer to it as your SATURDAY STRETCH.

Beth’s Bootcamp Class

Beth Malone will continue with her bootcamp classes on Mondays at 6:30pm, Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00am.  This is our most popular class and fills regularly.  Be ready for a mix of strength training, core and cardio. 

 

Dr. Jeff also offers individual fitness sessions at limited times by availability.  You may purchase one at a time or a group of sessions depending on your individual needs.  He must be contacted personally by email to schedule a session.

Lastly,

If you have an idea for a class or times do not fit you, just drop us an email and we will see if there is enough interest to add a class or time.

Ms. Courtney Owens is our new Massage Therapist.  She offers an array of massage styles from relaxation to intense deep tissue work.  She also offers later evening hours.  You can and should contact her for an appointment at her cell phone to schedule your private appointment.  She can be contacted at 262-758-0821 or simple reply  “I want to make a massage appointment” to this email and we will contact you.

    Hello I was wondering if I have to be a chiropractic patient to take yoga class?
